Countdown Day 30

Tonight I watched John Carter, or as I like to call it John Carter of Mars(because really that is the true title!).

This movie came out to the theaters in March of 2012 and it has been unjustly underrated ever since. I first saw this movie when I was on an airplane and I saw it on one of those tiny TV screens above my head. I couldn't always understand what was going on in the movie, but by the end I knew that I loved the movie and that I had to see it again.

This movie has many funny moments, along with some sad parts. There is also a little bit of romance thrown in there too.

However, no matter the amount of handsome actors(Taylor Kitsch, Mark Strong, James Purefoy, etc.) this little dog/alien thing is the best part of the movie. Woola is like an alien version of Dug from Pixar's Up. He may not look the cutest at first, but trust me, once you see him your heart will melt!

What I'm Doing...

So...

I leave for Walt Disney World in 30 days! I already have a countdown on my iPod, my computer, and on my door; now I'm making a movie-a-day countdown. A Disney movie-a-day countdown, to be exact!

I will watch a Disney movie everyday until it's time for me to fly off to the most magical place on Earth! Some of the movies I've already seen, like Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl and Newsies. Then there will be some new and old movies that I've never seen, like Babes in Toyland or Tinkerbell. It will be a fun way to get super psyched about my upcoming vacation, while also getting completely immersed in the Disney mania before the trip! So come along for my movie journey...if you dare!
